About Me

Hi, I’m Sualeh Hafeez. I build and scale HR technology systems that help organizations operate effectively as they grow in size and complexity. My work sits at the intersection of HR, IT, and product thinking, where I focus on turning fragmented processes and legacy systems into structured, scalable solutions.

At General Atomics, I lead HR technology initiatives supporting a workforce of over 14,000 employees across multiple business units. My focus includes driving the transition from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, while improving system stability, service delivery, and alignment across HR, IT, and the business.

Outside of my professional role, I’m actively exploring how AI can be applied to workforce challenges in practical, high-impact ways. I’m particularly interested in reducing operational friction, improving decision-making, and rethinking how workforce systems are designed and experienced across the employee lifecycle.
